1. General

This user agreement (the “agreement”) sets out the terms of use of the website of Dr. Aghalar Javadov, specialist physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation (the “site”). The owner of the site is Dr. Aghalar Javadov (the “doctor”).

The site was created to inform visitors about the doctor’s professional work, the services offered and the conditions the doctor treats, and to make it easier to contact the doctor.

By using the site, you confirm that you have read this agreement and accept its terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the medical information on the site

  • The articles and the descriptions of services and conditions on the site are general educational information.
  • This information does not replace a diagnosis, a treatment plan or an in-person examination by a doctor. Decisions about treatment are made only after an examination.
  • Do not treat yourself on the basis of information on the site, and do not change or stop medicines or prescribed treatment on your own.
  • No online consultations, diagnosis or treatment are provided through the site.
  • Treatment results differ from patient to patient; nothing on the site should be read as a promise of a particular result.

3. Booking an appointment

  • The form on the site opens your request in WhatsApp as a ready message; you send it yourself.
  • Sending a request does not confirm an appointment: the time is agreed with you separately, by phone or message.
  • In Baku, appointments take place at Baku Medical Plaza, Babək branch, 92N Babək Avenue, Baku.
  • Prices are not shown on the site; you can ask about them when booking.
  • When contacting the doctor, give your own name and contact details correctly, and do not send another person’s details without their consent. For a child, the request is made by a parent or legal representative.

4. Intellectual property

  • The texts, photographs, logo, document images and design of the site are protected by copyright.
  • Materials may be quoted for personal, non-commercial purposes with a link to the site. Distributing materials for commercial purposes or in altered form requires the doctor’s written permission.
  • Scientific publications, videos and other third-party materials referred to on the site belong to their authors and rights holders.

5. Your obligations

When using the site, you agree:

  • not to attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protection or spread malicious software;
  • not to send false, offensive or unlawful information through the site;
  • to use the site’s materials in line with this agreement.

The site links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps, PubMed and the websites of clinics and publications. These sites are not controlled by the doctor; their owners are responsible for their content, operation and privacy rules.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The information on the site is prepared with care and updated regularly, but medicine keeps developing, and it is not possible to ensure at every moment that the information is complete and reflects the latest research.
  • The doctor is not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of information on the site without an examination.
  • The doctor is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, technical interruptions, or failures of third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, YouTube and others).

9. Changes to the agreement

The doctor may change this agreement unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are settled first by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
